Hermen Vreugdenhil, see picture) has been awarded with a Royal decoration given to him by the King’s Commissioner Ina Adema. He was awarded during the Provincial Council meeting. Hermen Vreugdenhil was made a Member of the Order of Orange-Nassau. The man from Nieuwendijk was a member of the Provincial Council from 2007 to 2011 and between 2015 and 2022. During the years 2014-2019 he was part of the local council of the former municipality of Werkendam.
